Donald J. Frugé – Senior Vice President

Mr. Donald Frugé is a co-founder of Valor Healthcare and has served as Executive Vice President of the company since its inception in March of 2004.

Prior to joining Valor, Mr. Frugé served as a consultant to the VA Greater Los Angeles Health Care System in primary and ambulatory care. In this capacity, Mr. Frugé worked to reorganize the primary care services provided through hospital and community based clinics located throughout the region and developed a reporting system to provide analysis and reporting for VA Performance Measures.

From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Frugé served as Senior Vice President - Veterans Clinics with Medmark, a company that develops and operates outpatient clinics providing primary health care services to military veterans. Mr. Frugé was responsible for overall management of the company’s Veterans Clinics and personally participated in the startup of 12 VA Clinics.

Prior to this position, Mr. Frugé served as Vice President of General Practice Management, Inc., of New Orleans, La., which operated seven primary care clinics and a laboratory facility serving a predominately Medicaid population of approximately 117,000 patients.

Mr. Frugé earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Louisiana State University.
