Hazel Church - Senior Vice President

Ms. Church, RN was recruited by Valor Healthcare to the position of Senior Vice President in January of 2005 during our initial growth period.

During a brief sabbatical from our core management team of both Valor Healthcare and a previous company, Ms. Church worked in upper management for an occupational healthcare company from 2003-2005.

From 2001 to 2003, Ms. Church served as Regional Vice President -Veterans Clinics with a company that develops and operates outpatient clinics providing primary care and mental health services to veterans. Ms. Church worked closely with the VA Clinics and was responsible for management of the company’s Veterans Clinics and personally participated in the establishment and management of twelve (12) VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics.

Ms. Church served as a Clinic Administrator from 1999-2001 in a VA Primary Care Clinic affiliated with the Indianapolis VA Medical Center. In this capacity Ms. Church worked to establish a primary care clinic in Terre Haute, IN and served as the clinic director.

Ms. Church, RN has earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Administration.
