Margaret M. D’Angelo - Chief Financial Officer

Margaret M. D’Angelo serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Valor Healthcare, Inc. and brings with her over 12 years of healthcare experience.

Prior to joining Valor in May of 2008, Ms. D’Angelo served as Vice President of Finance for Fresenius Medical Care, N.A., in the renal disease management division.

Preceding her time with Fresenius, Ms. D’Angelo served as Corporate Controller for Everest Health Care Services, Inc., from October 1997 until the company was acquired by Fresenius Medical Care in 2001. Prior to that time, Ms. D’Angelo worked with various public accounting firms, including Ernst & Young, LLP.

Ms. D’Angelo earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
